1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
Note: Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Products that have been used, tampered with, or installed
Consumables (e.g., toner, ink, cartridges) once opened
Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
Customized or special-order products
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to availability).
Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (if eligible).
6. Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Printers Part Hub will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong product ordered), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
